Andrei joined Ascendis in 2013. Previously he worked for 3 years in sales, in travel retail, after which he set up an online and boutique wine shop.
In Ascendis he is the go-to man for all the programs that have any technical component. He has developed or contributed to the creation of programs that have already become classic: CSR projects, Metropola, Escape the Room, Build the Boat. Brain Games are his specialty.
Andrei graduated from the Faculty of European Economic Studies and the Master of European Economic Relations from the same university, adding learning modules (Project Management, Events Management) with American professors from Draxler University and The University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Razvan joined Ascendis in the first half of 2021. He is an entrepreneur and ex-C-level executive with over 25 years of experience in Telco Marketing, Sales Strategy and Consultancy. He has over 10 years of experience in international sales.
Passionate about human relationships and technology, Razvan is an energetic and optimistic person, always in search of improvement and growth.
LIVIU OLTEANU

Liviu joined the Ascendis team in 2018 and has 18 years of experience in the intelligence, IT and pharma fields.
He sees the human factor as the most valuable resource an organization can have, whose long-term success is guaranteed by the way the other classical resources (time and money) are invested in people.
An incurable optimist, a genial and extremely creative person, Liviu focuses on breaking communication barriers of all kinds (personality, cultural, or even linguistic) and perseveringly aims at optimizing the learning process, adapted to the specific needs of each individual.
He has a passion for hiking, photography, reading and bricolage, with or for the people around him.
IONEL DINU
Trainer
Ionel has over 18 years of experience in the telecom industry, IT and financial-banking multinational companies, of which more than 12 in various middle and top management roles. As a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing, Ionel started his career in the field of customer relations. He has extensive experience in customer retention, customer experience, complaint management, consultative selling, project management, call centers, outbound/inbound marketing, data quality / data mining, (analytical/operational) CRM systems implementation and process optimization.
During his career, he has coordinated teams and projects gaining remarkable results. Ionel is constantly interested in development and always focused on identifying the best solutions.
After an 8-year collaboration, Ionel joined the Ascendis team in 2015. He is a consultant and trainer within the company, where he develops and delivers training programs on various topics.
Cristi Mîndricelu
Trainer
Cristi Mîndricelu joined the Ascendis team in 2023, following more than 27 years of experience in large companies (Orange, BCR), small and medium-sized companies (Amdocs, Simplity, Mindcell Systems), but also in entrepreneurship (he is the founder of Oraroo, a cloud service for work management and process automation in service companies).
He has built his entire career around IT, where he has had both technical and managerial roles, and has dedicated the last ten years to entrepreneurship.
As a trainer, Cristi focuses on the applicability of artificial intelligence in different fields and turns specific principles and techniques into practical applications that make the work of employees in companies easier with technology.
