Teodor Vasiliu joined the Ascendis team in 2024, bringing a strong track record in training, coaching and quality management. As a certified LSS Master Black Belt (MSI), LSSA/IASSC/GSDC Black Belt, and Agile Scrum Master (CASM), Teodor has extensive international experience, having successfully delivered projects across multiple European countries.
Teodor expertise is spanning across diverse sectors— in both manufacturing and services—with a steadfast focus on operational excellence and talent development. He believes in empowering people and on the synergy between human potential and high-precision methodology, making him a strategic partner for any organizational change process. To drive data-informed decision-making, Teodor leverages his advanced expertise as a Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert, helping organizations optimize processes and achieve peak performance.
Max Drăgoescu joined Ascendis in 2024 after a career spanning over 25 years in the telecommunications, media, and technology industries, mostly in multinational companies.
Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in sales and negotiation, management, and business development, interacting with diverse industries in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment. Passionate about innovation, Max has been involved in numerous product development and launch projects, organizational and digital transformation, as well as operations and performance optimization.
With an outgoing and optimistic attitude, he continues to contribute to the development of people and organizations, helping them evolve and achieve the success they desire.
A Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications graduate, Max continues to combine his passion for technology with complex business challenges.
Florin joined the Ascendis team at the beginning of 2016. He has an experience of over 20 years – he successfully led large teams in multinational companies from the FMCG, Pharma and IT fields, being specialized in the development and implementation of leadership strategies, retail sales, marketing and trade marketing, global business strategies, efficient approach of consumers, the definition of the business and human resources processes, the implementation of the talent management processes, with a focus on the development of new leadership programs, the management of change, digital microlearning, project management / CRM and not only.
The combination of abilities and skills obtained over the years recommends him as a very good integrator of various business areas.
Passionate by the profound understanding of the way people learn from the experiences they are subject to, combined with an ample vision of the future of organizations and employees development, he has had an important contribution to the development of the digital microlearning platform “Code of Talent”, an instrument that will take personal and professional development to a new level. He strongly believes that he can turn this world, through commitment and passion, a better place for us to work and live in, a place where education, creativity and adoption of innovation are the main motor in preparing people for the future, which is more and more complex and challenging and where technology is more and more present, as a constitutive part of our lives.
Razvan joined Ascendis in the first half of 2021. He is an entrepreneur and ex-C-level executive with over 25 years of experience in Telco Marketing, Sales Strategy and Consultancy. He has over 10 years of experience in international sales.
Passionate about human relationships and technology, Razvan is an energetic and optimistic person, always in search of improvement and growth.
Liviu joined the Ascendis team in 2018 and has 18 years of experience in the intelligence, IT and pharma fields.
He sees the human factor as the most valuable resource an organization can have, whose long-term success is guaranteed by the way the other classical resources (time and money) are invested in people.
An incurable optimist, a genial and extremely creative person, Liviu focuses on breaking communication barriers of all kinds (personality, cultural, or even linguistic) and perseveringly aims at optimizing the learning process, adapted to the specific needs of each individual.
He has a passion for hiking, photography, reading and bricolage, with or for the people around him.
Ionel has over 18 years of experience in the telecom industry, IT and financial-banking multinational companies, of which more than 12 in various middle and top management roles. As a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Marketing, Ionel started his career in the field of customer relations. He has extensive experience in customer retention, customer experience, complaint management, consultative selling, project management, call centers, outbound/inbound marketing, data quality / data mining, (analytical/operational) CRM systems implementation and process optimization.
During his career, he has coordinated teams and projects gaining remarkable results. Ionel is constantly interested in development and always focused on identifying the best solutions.
After an 8-year collaboration, Ionel joined the Ascendis team in 2015. He is a consultant and trainer within the company, where he develops and delivers training programs on various topics.
Dorel Grigore has been an Ascendis consultant since 2006. His experience of over ten years in multinational corporations in the IT&C areas, and over eight years of entrepreneurship, adds authenticity to the content of the seminars and workshops he delivers. In addition to the classical finance, marketing, and management themes, Grig approaches a new dimension of modern learning techniques, having developed the e-learning and electronic commerce platforms for Ascendis in the past years.
After graduating from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, he continued his postgraduate studies with specialized studies in marketing and management in Hungary, Switzerland, France, Great Britain, Spain, Belgium, Italy, and the United States. As a graduate of the International Association for Six Sigma Certification and Celemi accreditation, he has delivered courses and business simulations for over 60 companies in areas such as finance, production, retail, logistics, energy, IT&C, pharmaceuticals, distribution, and construction.
